A few days ago I was thinking about how I felt about my thesis, and thought about a relatively accurate analogy of what it is like. I have to build a LEGO figure which I can only see from 30 meters and my only tools are a bunch of defective LEGO pieces and a blowtorch. Did I mention I am slightly short-sighted?
